These lovely classes are suitable for expectant Mums from around 14 weeks all the way to delivery. Classes combine pregnancy yoga style movement, evidence based antenatal education and relaxation. There is a strong emphasis on creating a social environment to meet new people and classes are all supported by an active online forum
Daisy Parents - Couples workshop

. This is a postnatal movement & mindfulness class just for Mum. One hour a week of relaxation, movement to heal the body after pregnancy and birth as well as learning mindfulness and acupressure techniques to practice finding inner calm at home!
